In 1991 our company was established as a full service asphalt maintenance provider.  We provide seal coating, sweeping services, crack repairs, pothole repairs, line striping, and concrete hydro scrubbing.

In 1992 we opened our deck maintenance division.  A smaller and separate division from our blacktop services, our deck maintenance services consist of pressure washing, sealing, and staining of wood decks. 

Our mission is to provide the finest products available, the latest in pavement maintenance and coating technologies, and to keeping abreast of the most up-to-date application processes.  We are also committed to providing easy scheduling, excellent customer relations, and finishing our projects on time as promised.

To accomplish our goals we continually attend industry conventions.  These conventions allow us to learn from product manufacturers of product changes, changes within our industry, and to achieve extra certifications as needed within our specialties.

Since the early 1990s we have seen many product changes in the coatings industries.  Often these changes have been to make sealants adhere to more stringent environmental policies.  The overall effect of these policies on the contractor is to have to mix and use products using tighter quality control procedures to assure their maximum performance.

For the property owner it is more essential now than ever to procure a contractor who has the proper training, experience, and knowledge, of the materials in use today.
